Raven and David, as a couple, exude elegance and grace simply by the way they enter a room together. They are the best of both worlds; adventurous, like David’s proposal to Raven at the summit of Haleakalā, yet effortless.

On their wedding day, there wasn’t a dry eye in sight. From their emotional first look to the creatively designed seating chart and their unforgettable first dance, every detail of their celebration felt thoughtful, fun, elegant, and deeply moving.

MOMENTS: the WEDDING DAY

THE VENUE

  1. Oahu Wedding Villas is an intimate, high-demand venue. If you’re looking to spend quality time with family and to not worry about commuting somewhere far in the middle of the night. Renting an estate is ideal.

  2. This venue is  perfect for small to mid-sized weddings. Think 50–100 guests comfortably. The property’s layout encourages intimate weddings,  but larger groups are welcome.

  3. Secure your date at least 12–18 months in advance, especially if you’re planning around peak wedding season.

  4. Renting an estate gives you more quality time with family and friends before and after your wedding day. You don’t have to worry about driving anywhere after a full day.

  5. If you’re concerned about timing,  especially for weekend weddings when traffic from the North Shore can be unpredictable; have your team arrive a bit earlier to ensure everything runs smoothly. This venue also allows you the flexibility to hire outside vendors beyond the rentals provided.
